1. Triage of medically related incident reports and assigning of care to Charge LPN.

2. Attend IDT meetings to develop or review a client IPP.

3. Complete annual nursing assessments and self medication evaluations for all clients receiving nursing services from PAIS, Inc. and all follow-ups.

4. Hiring, supervision and direct training of all LPN/AMAP personnel.

5. Development of D13 medically related training for all staff.

6. Responsible for recommendation of Request for Nursing Services (DD2A) to provide direct services to a client. This includes completion of Request for Nursing Services form (DD2A) in conjunction with the client service coordinator.

7. Review medically related incident reports and critical incidents.

8. Writing, monitoring and supervising all nursing related habilitation programs.

9. Document all services provided through a progress note.

10. Coordinate nursing services with Nursing Supervisor

11. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Executive Director and/or RN Supervisor.
