Assistant Operations Manager

Job Description

Position: Assistant Operations Manager

Qualifications:

1. High School degree
2. Computer literate
3. Good organizational skills
4. Good verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: $23, 660.00

General Description:

The Assistant Operations Manager is generally responsible for ensuring appropriate credentialing of all employees. Responsibilities range from hiring and credentialing of staff to assisting with filing and other office duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Monthly completion of all staff credentialing forms prior to scheduling of staff.

2. Initial hiring of all direct care staff.

3. Initial credentialing of all direct care staff.

4. Completion of disciplinary actions up to and including terminations for issues associated with attendance or credentialing non-compliance.

5. Initiation of all employee evaluations and submission of payroll change forms for pay rate increases.

6. Maintenance of staffing in all homes in accordance with client’s IPP.

7. Assure proof of all staff credentials are present in personnel files.

8. Perform finger printing related to Criminal Background Investigations for all staff.

9. 24 hour on call to respond to calls related to staffing/scheduling issues according to OM/Asst. OM phone schedule.

10. Arrange and schedule staff for CPR/First Aid.

11. Arrange and schedule staff for Behavior Management/Crisis Intervention training.

12. Arrange and schedule all client specific trainings with Skills Development Specialist, Behavior Support Specialist and RN.

13. Submission of all Overtime Requests and approvals for deviations from standard shift parameters.

14. Arrange all shadowing and obtain DD13 indicating completion.

15. Assist with completion of payroll.

16. Assist with completion of Time Billing.

17. Assist with filing, answering phones and other duties as needed.

18. Maintain Employee Information Database
