Scheduling Coordinator - Beckley

Job Description

Position: Scheduling Coordinator / Scheduling Manager - Beckley office

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma
2. Working knowledge of WordPerfect and database systems
3. Lift in excess of 50 pounds

Pay Range: $25,000

General Description:

The Scheduling Manager will perform a variety of office tasks/activities to support the Clinical Director and to assist with administrative needs. The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment of direct care staff and managing ISS home call offs and no shows.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with payroll for the area including reviewing employee’s time sheets to ensure accuracy.

2. Maintain an inventory system for all supplies needed in the service area.

3. Assist with obtaining criminal background checks for new employees’ including taking fingerprints, insuring the background request forms are completely filled out, mailing the from and tracking the return of the background check.

4. Oversee incoming and outgoing mail on a daily basis.

5. Responsible for providing potential new DCS with overview of PAIS, Inc., job duties, and position availability

6. Assist the Clinical Director with the submission of the Satisfaction Surveys twice a year.

7. Maintain credentialing on all DCS in all client homes.

8. Assist with copying and compiling documentation each month for each client.

9. Assist with compiling documentation each month and submitting to service coordination agencies upon their request.

10. Maintain a supply of commonly used forms the area office.

11. Responsible for any other tasks assigned by Clinical Director.

12. Maintain Direct Care Staff schedules, includes typing, posting.

13. Create emergency staffing plans for each client.

14. Advertisement and recruitment of new direct care staff.

15. Responsible for receiving ISS home call offs and no shows and completing follow up documentation

16. Recruiting and managing Fill In staff

17. Maintaining all non client specific information in the direct care staff personnel files

18. Completing initial portion of the interview process with new direct care staff.

19. Maintaining the a scheduling binder that contains all necessary information and forms.

20. Maintaining an ongoing all staff phone list.
